Returns & Exchanges policy
To return any item(s) to me, please FIRST contact me (fill in the form below). When you make any return, I will also appreciate hearing your reasons for the return, so I can better improve my work for the future.
If a return is a result of an error on my part (for instance, the incorrect item(s) was sent), please notify me within 1 day upon receiving your order. I will check your order and on the next day after receiving your package will send you the right item(s) and reimburse you for the amount of the return shipping.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase I do not have to provide a refund , so please choose carefully. Postage is non refundable for change of heart sorry.
All fine objects I sell are handcrafted and unique. That is the reason I don't accept sold items for exchange. But there is a way for you, if you want, to exchange your fine object(s): you return the item(s) and then place another order for the item(s) you like (cost of the new item(s) should be the same or more) .
• Failure to report any damaged item(s) in time or failure to send it on time as mentioned above, violates my terms and conditions as laid out in my return and exchange policy. It means I am not obligated to offer any compensation and cannot be held accountable.
• Item(s) must be returned to me fully intact, unused and in their original packaging and condition. No part returns please. I cannot issue a refund for any item(s) that is damaged during transit.
• I highly recommend that customers insure their return. If I do not receive it, I cannot provide a refund.
I really want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please choose all sizes, colors (*Please note: Color may vary depending on monitor settings and lighting) and read descriptions and policies carefully and contact me with any questions BEFORE purchasing. If you have any concerns or problems with your order, please contact me so we can work it out.

**please note that I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss that occurs in return shipping so I recommend using a tracked courier bag and adequate bubble wrap for protection.**
